SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are shipped around the globe from our HQ in Seattle, WA, USA via the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx).

We usually ship items between one (1) and five (5) business days from the initial order date, but delays can occur and you will be notified if such an occurrence transpires. As for actual shipping times, consult the shipping notification email(s) and either click the tracking link or enter your tracking number on the respective service providers' website (click here for USPS, here for UPS, and here for FedEx).

Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders over $35.00 USD shipped in the USA and shipping on domestic orders under $35.00 USD is a low, flat rate of $3.99 USD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on any unused, undamaged, non-discounted and non-personalized products.

 

Simply return the item and its original packaging within 30 days of the date you received your order to:

Prior to making a return or exchange, please connect with us to let us know if you would like a refund (minus all shipping costs) or an exchange of a defective item (if available).

If you are sending a scratcher back to us, ensure it is well protected; heavy items tend to suffer more abuse during the shipping process and we cannot provide a refund or exchange on a damaged item.

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. We will make every effort to communicate with you when we receive your item and provide status updates regarding your return.
